Today is not about changing your life.
This is just the beginning.

Stay away from screens for an hour today.
no phone.
no information.
No background noise.
In the beginning your mind may become restless.
You may feel bored, uncomfortable, or unsure what to do.
This is a normal thing. This is what silence feels like when we are not used to it.
Sit down with a notebook and write freely.
There's nothing to prove and nothing to fix.
Just note:
How does your brain behave without screens?
What thoughts come when there are no distractions
This first hour isn't special because it's perfect.
It matters because you showed up.
Analog Hour Work - Day 1
Write "Day 1" and today's date in your notebook.
Write whatever comes. Then stop.
This is enough for today.
